Window cleaning (AKA window washing.) We hand clean your windows from eye level to ensure perfection. We use soft eco-friendly soaps and a soft applicator to clean your windows. Then squeegee dry with no drips or streaks. We take pride in doing a perfect job every time.
We can safely remove all your paint overspray, bird droppings and debris. Ask us to clean the insides and outside and you will have to touch the glass to make sure it is still there.

Gutter cleaning (AKA eaves trough cleaning.) We use high powered vacuums and an assortment of hoses and custom tools to efficiently vacuum your gutters clean. Gutter vacuuming is much tidier method that leaves no mess in your yard. This method is particularly efficient as it does not force debris through your downspouts, which can lead to blockges in the future. We will also check all of your down spouts for flow, flushing and/or disassembling as required. Minor repairs – no problem. We can also clean the outsides to make your home look great!
The most important part on your home that requires regular cleaning and inspection is your eaves troughs and downspouts. Getting right up there and cleaning your gutters out by vacuum and hand ensures that there is absolutely no leaves or debris remaining that can clog and back up your system. We also ensure that the downspouts are completely free of blockage.
Full gutters & downspouts will cause rainwater to flow over and over saturate areas not meant for large amounts of water. Full gutters can cause ice damming in the winter (water under your shingles that freezes and causes extensive damage). Full gutters can smell bad and harbor a lot of mold/fungus as well as invite insects and birds

Powerwand
The powerwand is a soft bristled brush on a water fed pole used to clean vinyl siding.
Pressure washing vinyl siding is not recomended because moisture will penetrate the vapor barrior, which will lead to rotting and mold. Vinyl siding also has a wax finish to protect it from fading and the elements, high pressure can strip the finish leaving it exposed to the elements, where as a soft brush is safe.
It can be used for economical window cleaning. Not as effective as hand cleaning with a squeegee, it does a pretty good job. It is usually reserved for commercial window cleaning on strata’s and town homes and the like.
